Growing Up

I realized today that I have suddenly grown up in a fairly significant way. I have reached a point in my life where I will not tolerate other people's bullshit, and I will say something about it if they try to include me in their issues. I am uncertain if this is a positive thing or not. In the past three days I have been told the same basic thing in several different contexts by vastly different people.

Remind me never to get on your bad side.

Hmmmm.

Apparently I can be a tad ... harsh when dealing with the idiots who attempt to include me in their circle of idiocy, under whatever guise it may be couched in. I do not see it as harsh, merely honest. I am a firm believer in not asking a question unless you are damn certain you are prepared to accept all possible answers. When people want you to wade around in their nightmarish issues, they are usually seeeking affirmation or support. Well, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This chippy is tired of other people's bullshit. I have moved one step beyond telling people, "Hey, it is not my issue." Now, if they try to include me, they are fair game.

Honesty. It's not just what's for dinner anymore.
