Words

Sometimes a few simple words, one sentence, can take you from the heights and drag you to the depths. Sender, receiver, meaning, interpretation, connotation, intention, reception ... interception in this case ...

Someone once told me perception is reality. Well the reality I am suddenly perceiving hurts me in ways I do not care to articulate. I will not say it has stolen my words, for usually only happy happenings cause that, but where I was so happy this morning - oh hell ten minutes ago - now I am not.

I am not special. I am not exceptional. I did not want or need that reminder, but I got it anyway. That will teach me to relax and be happy. Despite my desire not to be, sometimes I am just a silly stupid girl.
