New Look

I have liked Nickelback for years. I have never been overly fond of the scruffy look of Chad Kroeger, the lead singer. So imagine my surprise when the band performed during the halftime show at the Grey Cup.



Who in the HELL was THIS guy????

I was uncertain, but he kind of looked like this guy.



Yes, they are the same man. Yes, they are both Chad Kroeger. And yes, they are both SEXY as hell.

All he did was cut his hair. That's it.

A haircut.

With one simple action, Mr. Kroeger went from scruffy to hot in my books. I cannot seem to get this new - and definitely improved - lead singer out of my mind. I also find myself somewhat disgusted with myself, since I apparently judged that particular book by his cover. This is mostly sad because while I was looking at older images of Chad, I discovered another thing.

Underneath his clothes is one hellasexy body. Oh my. But even while looking at his shirtless, low rider jeans picture, I beheaded his scruffy face. I am my own kind of shallow, I guess. I like a clean cut man, short hair or even no hair preferred to that long-haired look.

I wish I were ashamed of that aspect of myself. Maybe I will be once I get those uber sexy images out of my mind.

Probably not, though.
