I guess strange compliments still count, right? First a woman I used to teach with approached me yesterday and opened our conversation with, "SKINNY! What have YOU been doing?" This was her way of noticing my weight loss. I had no appropriate response.
Today, two people at work separately commented that I look around thirty, which is kind of nice considering I am forty-four. Yet I had to wonder why they were talking about my age at all, since I never converse with either of them.
