The key to good misdirection is to get people looking at one thing, so they are not looking at what you want them to miss. You have to be honest, as lying is simply not an option. So, with that in mind, I used truth and semantics to let my friends know where I am headed on my holiday without actually telling them where I am going. I did not lie, I simply did not give them my complete itinerary.
