Savvy Advertisers

I forgot. I was listening to the radio as I cruised through the mean streets yesterday. I heard this ad for an online dating service (cupid.com) raving about meeting local people. Okay, it sounded pretty savvy, like they knew what they were talking about. Then, right at the end, they blew it. They were raving about meeting people in Saskatchewan (where I live), then said, "Who wants to meet someone two states away?"



I live in Canada, you twits. We don't have states. We have provinces.

Ah well ... it made me giggle. That has to count for something.
