I went to see X2 today, and yes, I went alone.


I went alone for several reasons.

1. I am introverted.
2. I am shy.
3. No one I like well enough to go with me (who was available to go) had any money, and I am NOT paying for anyone else.
4. I like to sit in the second row, and most people I know will not (JDR does though).
5. Too many people talk during movies.

Speaking of which, there was ONE thing wrong with my movie experience. Just as the lights were dimming, three geeks sat down behind me and to my left. As the ads and trailers began, the head geek started yammering. O M F G. This was the SAME gd trio who had been sitting in front and to the right of me during the last Star Wars movie I saw. JFC!!!!! Last time, Big Mouth, the leader, was quoting LINES from the movie 3 seconds ahead of the reel.

*seriously pissed off*

As the trailers ran, Big Mouth was lowing in a loud obnoxious voice about various things until I turned around and stared at him. Then he STFU for the rest of the gd movie. Not a frelling PEEP outta his big mouth. Do NOT fek with a chipmunk out to slobber over Hugh Jackman. Especially when she is a mom and a teacher. I know how to give a quelling look when I have to.
